Wanted About to pull trigger - school me on this undercarriage?

Hi, guys. I really want to buy this cruiser but does any of the rust look like a deal breaker (see description pics)?

My first cruisers were in Texas, so buying one in NE is new to me - would love any thoughts on the pics. Thanks!

I've been driving this land cruiser around for a while now. I have pampered it and lifted it recently. With New BFG K02 tires and an old man emu lift kit you can go wheeling almost anywhere with it the way it is or just cruise the town, its a joy to drive!

Oh, sorry, one other question.... any chance someone knows a mechanic who could give it a once over who's nearby (or if any of you are nearby, a few $20s and a six-pack are up for grabs if you can take a look!).

Sight unseen? Recently lifted? Service Records ?

If lift not done correctly with Diff drop and or UCA ,Ball joints and Cvs will need replaced...add rust to that and you have rain on that parade.
If transmission and heater Ts not serviced regular you have lightning and thunder, Oil changed regularly?
What I’m saying is, That pretty price tag could be you walking into a Hurricane of expensive repair cost. Do research and look closely at records. A little surface rust if not bad is fine.
