a440 rebuild thread

I remember someone rebuilding their a440 themselves and providing a detailed write up about it. I can't find the thread. Anyone remember who did it? Find the thread?

Thanks fellas. Wonder why A440, A440 F, rebuild, myself, FJ62, transmission and tranny rebuild kit didn't bring anything up when I searched the forum?

that was me that did the rebuild.

Let me know if you have any questions.

BTW, get the T/C replaced also. After talking with some tranny mech, all my signs pointed to the t/c for the rebuild failure.

t/c = torque converter or transfer case? I'm guessing the first.
