Wanted A340H, Rebuilt or Lightly Used. (CA)

Good evening. In search of an A340H to replace the shot auto in a 1991 Toyota 4runner 3.0V6.
I have checked with a few local transmission shops which claim it will cost more money to pull it and have it rebuilt than it would be to find one used. The plan is to remove the current transmission & transfer case & install a rebuilt or low mile A340H without the factory transfer case. Instead we plan to adapt a gear drive case from a pickup.

If anyone comes across this and is in search of Engines or transmissions, check out
Foreign Engine Inc. Out of Washington. They have been very helpful to me and by far the most reasonable price I found.
I looked up reviews as well as their BBB rating. There were good ratings and an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
