As some of you know the 16th will be my first time driving my truck at RC, I have ridden along a few times though. My first question is what psi should I air down my tires to? they are 33 12.50s on 15x10's. At the end of the day how do you go about airing them back up? I don't have a compressor or anything like that. I will have a friend coming with me for the trip, he is most likely going to be my room mate next year at college but he wants to check out the park and see if he wants to bring his truck out sometime. My question is if im registered as a driver and he is registered as a passenger could he still drive my truck some? thanks for the help!

Run them as is or I go anywhere from 15 to 20 psi on the trail, I'm sure someone will have air available afterwards. I'm sure it wouldn't be a big deal for your buddy to drive your truck, but who knows.

i usually air down below 10 psi(i also am usually in a samurai, so i need less air since i have no weight;p), but for a first timer, anywhere between 10-20 psi should be fine;)

don't let me catch you.....:grinpimp:

as long as 1 person is paid as a driver...and 1 is paid as a passenger it is fine if you want to take turns driving. as long as both people are 16+ and have a valid drivers liscense.

Don't let Mike catch you swaping drivers. ;) In the unlikely event you do get caught, apologise profusely and plead ignorance.

I would start at 20psi. You can always let more out. The only reason I let any out is for the benefit of my passengers. I also have a compressor for the end of the day.

lol nah it's cool, like i said you are allowed to swap drivers as long as you are both legal.

on the other hand, don't let me catch you doing anything stupid like riding on the roof of your rig up a hill climb or anyplace else in the park for that matter.
that will get you a Park Staff Escort to the closest Exit gate. :steer:

it has happened before.
