A/C blows cold , then slightly warmer then back to cold again (1 Viewer)

Anyone notice this on their 200, occasionally I feel the air coming out of my AC to be slightly warmer, almost like there's a thermostat, I've never noticed this with a 100 series, or any other car for that matter, is this a 200 thing or is there a potential issue? 2008 with 82K

It has an auto function.

If my wife has her passenger side thermostat set to say 68 degrees, and I have mine set on 74, then hers will blow so much cold air out, that my side begins to cool down. Because my thermostat is set at a higher temp, it actually causes the air temp in my vents to be slightly warm.

This is normal.

If the vents are both set to the same temp, and you are still getting problems, you may have something else going on.

Ok, cool...that makes total sense. I'll experiment with the temps on the 2 sides (passenger side is always set higher ) thanks
