I'm hoping to get some input from both 4Runner people and 80-series people. I wasn't sure which forum to put the thread under so I just picked one. In order to consolidate comments, please go to the 80-series thread and let me know your thoughts.

If your commute is more than 40+ mi. a day, the 4runner might be better. Depends what you need it for most?!

I had a built FJ80 & now new to me 98 Limited 4runner. The runner is the way to go. Comfort and reliability is key. Also, used both for DD & weekend warrior.
