Mine is all flaked out, half coated/half aluminum showing. To be clear, this is the strip at the base of the window.
 
Just order it new. All used ones will be doing the same shortly.
 
Take a look on Ebay.
Search for belt molding.
Prices are way cheaper than what I paid about a year ago from a Saudi supplier.
I don't know about the quality on the cheaper priced ones.
Used ones would be trashed by removal.

Thank you! Saved probably 50% ... and so when they don't show at least I'll only be out half for what I would have been.

The front doors each have one screw located on the top-inside of the door jamb. Remove those and pry the old molding up with a plastic trim tool.
The rear ones don't have screws.
Make sure that the new molding is aligned correctly before seating it.
