'99, 105 Series radio amplifier location. Australian RHD.

Would someone be able to help me locating the radio amp on a 1999 105 series Australian right hand drive?

I've scoured the web and search functions, but every hit I get is for left hand drive. They maintain the amp is under the passenger seat, some saying behind the glove box. I've looked there and...under the driver's seat and behind the instrument cluster, I'm beginning to think mine actually doesn't have one...which, from all I've read, would be unusual.

Any ideas or experience with this?

My 2007 100 series GXL didn't have an amp, so it's highly unlikely an earlier 105 GXL would have one.

Thanks mate, I'm thinking that as well. Looks like they only went in USA and UK models.
