Does anybody know anything about this '98 LC listed on CL?

Thanks Charlie! I might be asking for the moon (especially as the new guy here), but I'm particularly interested in knowing if anyone has seen this truck in person and/or knows the owner. I have some additional pics that the owner sent me...appears to be a decent quality build, but I'm no expert.

Any thoughts on price? I'm not a very good judge on price with all the stuff bolted on this thing, but $20k seems proud to me.
