The passenger side window is in/op. From the driver side is not working either but every other windows work. Are the switch interchangeable to see could it be a switch, regulator or could it be the module. On the driver side master switch I can't lock all door just unlock all door but the on the passenger side I could lock or unlock all door.

Sounds like a broken wire or two in the driver's side door harness conduit where it goes between the door and the lower left kick panel. You'll need to pull the door panel and maybe the lower left kick panel. Pull the rubber conduit loose from the door and look at each wire carefully, especially where it appears the conduit sags & kinks as you close it. There are probably 10+ wires in the harness. It isn't uncommon for a wire to chafe and break over all the years.
I had a wire broken in mine that I could only roll the window down if my door was closed. I had removed my door panel and did some work and reinstalled. Once finished, my window would do nothing. I pulled the panel again, pulled the flexible conduit loose and found the broken wire. Actually two... I repaired them and used heat shrink over individual wires then completely taped up the bundle and closed everything up and had & still have working windows.

I got it to work, the same spot you told to me look for. It's a grwat feeling having the passenger window working all oveer again. So how do I get master switch to all doir again to unlock it would work but to lock it not operative but if I go to to the passenger side or reach over by pressing the switch to lick/unlock it would work fine. Could it be that my master switch is defective a new switch would cost me $700 yipe, or should I open up a new topic on this. Again thank you for fault tracing on the passenger window.

I wonder would it be possible to reverse the process on the master switch by default the module is at off position, can I reverse the switch to the other way. When entering the vehicle all doors are at unlock position but lock would not work but unlock would work. On my Lexus GS 350 whenever the vehicle is in gear all door would lock, does the LC have that on a 98.
