The LC registered and inspected it passes emissions first time. For the gm pcm i had it programmed from lt1swap.com
the ford contour (cougar) dual fans work great . i just wired them up like they would be in a GM yukon. 3 relays that utilizes the cooling fan1 and 2 on pcm which gives it 2 speeds. Amazing is the gm pcm speedo signal works with the stock LC speedo. i hooked up scan gauge and it is close to same speed. i will check later the actual speed of LC. i will post more pics when i get around to it. and thanks to warpdrive he has helped a lot.

Sweeeeeet! It drives better with 2 extra cylinders, doesn't it?

The truck runs awesome. has lots of power and takes off strong. feels like i can add a lot of extra heavy stuff and be fine. i will be driving it to see how the gas mileage is. not sure how much you or others are getting. this first tank seems horrible. but will know after a few.

installed dual usb plug in factory clock location (clock was Broke)

What kind of gas mileage you getting in it now?

still testing. i found that the pressure fuel line popped off from behind filter and could have leaked from there. fixed it doing better but i have maybe another leak on the hard line from tank. the connection that went to stock toyota filter i took off but i broke it because it was hard to unscrew. so i think there is another leak. going to fix it tomorrow. then i will fill the tank up and recheck

I have not done much lately. but this problem i ran into from installing engine and trans one day then waiting over 2 years later to continue. i was going to swap the oil pan with ls1 oil pan but in between the 2+ years i sold the ls1 enigine. so this was the problem i ran into and trying to find the correct way to solve it for me. the first couple of options were: new oil pan, lift it few inches, temporary solution(cut and weld another piece to make space. i chose the easiest and the cheapest since i wanted to be able to move it and i have welder, plasma to work with. now that temporary time is up i was going back to other option. i did come across jcardona1 build thread and he had the gm tre y link and moved it to the front of the axle. and that would be perfect as i wouldn't have to do much after i get the lift kit i want. so next up i will be getting the parts to make the tie rod in front of axle. though since i'm not doing much off road etc i plan on just getting it working with toyota parts up front and custom rod bar and drag link( modified mostly) this pic was with the wheel turned to one side. the oil pan was hitting the bar so any bumps i would crack the oil pan and probably have to replace engine.

I fixed the fuel line and there was a leak. so that is no more of the problem.. my gas mileage has increased i did a 160 mile drive and about half a tank. i will see how the rest of the tank does. i live about a mile away from my office so i think it uses more gas because the time it take to warm up it about the time i make it to work. i will be doing a longer drive the end of january. i will be doing about 300mile round trip

I used a camero oil pan kit. Link is in my build thread.
i have read that. i am still contemplating going with it. the tie rod touches and measurements i found show your oil pan kit is about 7.5" deep. i also have the engine forward a few inches so it never clears the front of the oil sump. i am not sure how much the suspension travels up. my current oil pan measure 8.25" deep. i may just cut the oil pan and shorten it.

I had slow window issue. i just pulled the window guides out and scrubbed them clean in warm water and used the gummi pflege to try and treat the seals. i didnt notice the rubber getting softer. but i also cleaned the windows mostly the build up where the window rides in the guide. i reinstalled them after a few coats of gummi pflege. and the windows roll up nice. they are no where near stock but they are not sticking and they are definitely faster now.

i am going to fix my fuel line. i will replace the whole line later to 3/8 but for now i have a small leak that comes and goes. it is due to the fitting in the engine bay was to difficult to break loose and i ended up bending the fuel line and it kinked it. so i just cut it off and connected the fuel line to it. so this is going on the end. its is 5/16 to 3/8 adapter i bought off ebay. should be a good fix until i replace the whole fuel line.

i recently found out a possible cause to my gas mileage being low. I recently had a CEL P0171, P0174. but with the radio off i was pressing the brake and noticed if i push closer to the floor that there is a vacuum leak. looked on here and it seems to correlate to power brake booster going bad. i will replace that soon. i am also getting some other wheels for it.

I moved and drove my land cruiser over 2100 miles. and it made it with minor issues. was a very long drive but i noticed the factory leather seats are uncomfortable. i did hook the cruise control and that worked well. it was make shift buttons but looked decent. I will later wire it into the factory LC cruise switch. i will post gas mileage when i get the receipts out and calculate for it.

finally got around to calculating the receipts for gas when i did the long drive. i am missing 2 receipts. one didnt print on the way. and the last one which has city driving when i arrived.
but i averaged 20.03 mile per gallon. hwy driving. could be a little higher but i did some city driving in one or 2 cities i stopped in.
also i know that my odometer is just off a little. but out of 5 miles i lost 1/10(.02 /mile) of a mile so very little.
the last receipt did 370.668 mile and filled with 20.883 gallons. 17.75 miles/gall

20.03 miles /gall hwy
1st city 17.75 miles / gall

i will post more recent ones of city driving.
