Here are the plug diagrams. only the IH! and IH2 is all you need but i have few others i may upload later but it covers 90% mostly because many wires i wont be using i didn't care to figure out the need and some i am not worried about it as it doesn't hurt functionality of the set up. (ex: wires for Transfer case i will do later because mostly for 4L light and the 4wd button i'm not using. diagnostic plug,) may integrate them later but i don't need them to get the Tcase to engage as its manual and using vacuum for part of it. Yellow is the ones i am removing since im not useing LC ecu and not using the diagnostic port. but i will save wires for diagnostic if its something i can use in future to test abs and other body electronics.

I didnt have a brake booster vacuum line 05 yukon is hydroboost. so i went to the local hose and fitting store and made my own. 1/2" line and a 90 degree elbow. i also tapered the hose end that goes into manifold. the pic of it below just gives an idea. i went back and redid it and much better and smooth taper. i also had a hole in the top of the manifold where there was a threaded mount for engine cover but it was broken off. so i plugged it with a quarter and plastic epoxy.

The Engine has been mounted for a while but not much progress. i had to put the power steering pump on but ran into fitment issue. since i put engine in with out the p/s pump it will interfere with the steering gearbox. so i plan on making a remote reservoir and modifying the reservoir on the pump i will put pics up when i do it. i did try to start the truck it would turn over but not stay running but it is because i didnt have maf or piping done. just wanted to see if it would fire. i also replaced the fuel pump as the old was seized from sitting so long and the gas was horrible. since it is a 97 i will keep the evap system on the swap. so i am also making a place for the fuel tank pressure sensor. pics later.

The motor will run in limp mode with out the maf attached. Then it's just speed density :). Glad you got her fired up!

trying to work with what i have. so modifying stock exhaust manifold hope it works from welding cast iron.
plasma cut pieces off. then mig welder. i didnt preheat the cast iron so my fingers crossed. Caution! welds are not pretty. especially when using the mig to fill in gaps.

today i finished my shifter linkage for the stock fj80 shifter to work with 4l60e with shifter cable.
i try not to cut the body but anything else that can be replace i will modify. i made a bracket that put the cable behind the stock LC shifter location. i welded it to the shifter assembly i also cut and shortened the LC shifter linkage to fit the range of motion to 4l60e transmission selector. i will work on cosmetics later ex: gear selector display and notches for the shifter.

Nice! Does it fit tightly in the notch where there is no chance of it working itself out?

its not perfectly tight. but the locking tab fits in the hole i drilled and it wont come out.
the metal i used was the part i cut from the 4wd shifter bracket that came with aa adapter.
it was perfect thickness

this is my fix to keep the evap for obd2. fuel tank pressure sensor i used some fuel rail stock i have to make and in line spot instead of trying to hook it to the fuel tank.

My power steering line i was going to do a short line but this worked out better and easier. though it cost $60 to get that done. as long as it works im ok

my intake. getting more hose clamps and then it will be finished. Few things im still getting around to. hooking up A/T hoses. also put in a magnefine filter for trans. radiator hosesand using the ebay hose adapter to run the throttle body heater line/auto bleed hose. i will clean up all the wires after its running and driving and have all the codes fixed what ever those may be. then on to making the exhaust and buying o2 sensors front and rear to keep obd2 working. and i have to make spacers or get drive shaft lengthened to fix that i have my engine about 2" forward from stock location tcase mountin.

The truck is finally running and driving. :D. I will be getting it registered then take it for emissions test. hopefully it passes. then i will start fixing all the little things.

Drove the LC around today to check make sure everything working. I have to take it for emissions test in a few day just making sure i have no CEL or DTC. i will also be installing dual electric fans from a mercury cougar. not the exact fit but i will work for the large radiator im using.
