You'll find a way to do it :flipoff2:

I resemble that comment.

Getting back to work tonight. Man... if this thing wasnt living 1 hour away from me right now, it would have been done a long time ago. Rackin up some serious miles on the Honda. :steer:

Well at least with the honda your not burning through a tank of fuel every other day to get there.

forgot I never posted the latest cage pics.

You going make sliders or do you not care at this point?

Nice work!

You going make sliders or do you not care at this point?

At this point I've cut the rockers out... that way I almost don't need sliders... but the sliders will go where the rockers once were... this is my suggestion.

What about the A pillar? Or is the cage not complete?

Not complete. We had a wheeling trip planned, so I took it as-is. We are going to get started back on it very soon. I killed my old tow rig's automatic transmission hauling this big biotch to Windrock, so I have been busy buying and selling, etc. But I bought one with a 5spd now, wont have that problem again. :D

A pillars/roof sliders are cut and bent, just need to make the cross bars and weld it all in.

Toying with some ideas on this thing...thinking out loud...anyone want to help me decide?

Thinking about changing the front locker to cable.

Whats a good elocker actuator sell for? Wonder if its enough to buy a used cable kit (if I can find one) anyone want to trade?

Anyone interested in this modified ARB bumper?

My buddy has a winch mount/bumper he said I can have off his 4runner he is parting out, I took some measurements and it looks like it will work, and give a lot more clearance.

I don't know if you could get enough out of the e-loc for a cable one.

What do you want to trade for the bumper??

Will the doors even fit? I highly doubt it.

Hey man that is some tube art for sure right there!

I can't really be critical as my skillz are not even close to this! But i don't like the bracing over the front seats.... maybe make them a tighter corner?....

I was wondering how in the heck you could still fit a winch in there even with the box remounted?! Maybe a few more pics of that please?

Also, i can't remember exactly, so do a search, but you can actuate the OEM Elocker with a 9V battery in an emergency. So there has to be a cheap on/off switch you could rig up.

I would make a rear bumper with some ass protection and side quarter protection. That thing will slide as you already know i'm sure.

Also, get an aussie locker for the rear. You will like it and it's cheap. Elocker front and good to go.

Awesome work though! Thanks for the pics

I have called in some professional help for the Front Elocker Wiring(Lexus Master Tech!)...I swear the wiring in the inchworm kit is hooked up right, and I bench tested the actuator(worked fine) But, it just stayed locked, no matter what I did with the switch. I re-checked it 5 times..cant figure it out. If he cant get it locking/unlocking I dont have a lot of choice. :meh:

Bumper plans got a monkey wrench thrown in them today by my other Lexus Tech buddy, he needed a spring hanger and a bumper, and its still all in one piece we are taking of off Will's 4runner carcass, so I gave it to him. ARB stays for now
