Drive the 80 drive the lexus. Which will you be happer driving on the pavement if that's where you're going to drive it. If a 6" lift and 35 are on the list of must have then get the 80. Interior is way nicer.

Get the 80 since it is hard to find one with such low mileage. Six years from now, get an '06 100.

If you were REALLY smart, you'd buy neither and get a 60 series.

If you were looking for an nice truck to drive everyday that would be comfortable for 4 adults.

For traveling with 4 adults you will be much happier with a 100. Rear AC, rear seats recline, more room in the back seat, and V8 power.
