97 4Runner V6 SR5 2WD - $3900 (NC) - SOLD!!!

I am in Gastonia, NC (near Charlotte). I have started a search for an 80 but need to sell this first.
1997 4Runner, SR5, 2WD, V6, auto.
144,500 miles (as of 7/26/07)
Dark green exterior and tan cloth interior.
Price: $3,900 FIRM I am the 2nd owner of this truck and have owned it since 10/2003. It is in good condition and has been a very dependable vehicle for me.

Maintenance ++ completed since I have owned:
- Oil changes every 3K
- Replaced several belts/hoses (12/03 @ 100K mi)
- Transmission flush (12/03 @101 K mi)
- Replaced one axle bearing/seals (2/05 @ 112K mi)
- Replaced water pump (11/05 @ 123K mi)
- Replaced timing belt (11/05 @ 123K)
- Replaced rotors (11/05 @ 123K)
- New tires (Yokohama Geolanders) in 7/05 @ 120K
- Sony head unit with aux input
- New starter (7/07 @ 144K)
Here are the things I would like any prospective looker to know. Again, this 4Runner has been well taken care of and is in good condition for a 1997.
- Light oxidation on TOP of truck. I only see it when looking from my upstairs window. The rest of the paint is in decent condition.
- One fog light has lost it's glass covering and the light is rusting. I don't use them at all but assume it could easily be removed or replaced.
- One headlight (passenger side)has a small crack in the glass. The light works fine.
- Front floor mats probably need to be replaced due to 3+ years of wear
- In cargo area under mat, the carpet is worn through. The mat covers it though and the worn section isn't visible.
- Entire right side was painted due to minor accident. I was able to drive away from the accident, but needed work on the rear passenger door. I was able to get the whole side painted to ensure a good blend. The accident was over three years ago and had no effect on the operation of the truck.
- No major scratches, but has normal nicks, dings and small scratches.
- Interior digital clock only works intermittently. I don't know if it is a connection issue or the clock itself. The clock on the head unit works fine.
I will add any other relevant info as I think of it.
Again, my price is FIRM at $3900.00 and is WELL below any pricing sites' retail price and even under KBB good trade-in value. I came to this price by weighing all of the above mentioned issues. I have done my best to fully describe the truck and would be glad to take additional pictures of specific things if you would like.
