Also had new leather seat bottoms (driver and passenger) installed when I originally bought it about 1.5 yrs ago.
Good: Drives very nice and has a nice solid feel on the road. All lockers engage easily. Everything works. Winch has never even been out yet. Transmission shifts smooth. Engine purrs. NO RUST. Fits in the garage.
Not so good: Small leak on rear main seal (does not drip on ground). Small power steering leak. Both never bothered me enough to get fixed yet. I just add fluid as needed (3/4 - 1 quart every 3k miles and a little splash of steering fluid). Power steering is a little, little noisy (sounds cool to me). Exhaust stinks a little at start up (stink goes away in 4 minutes when warmed up). Check engine light comes on every once in a while (never on long enough to run a code but I think the cat could be getting tired - can get hot in the summer). Passenger seat power only works on one side (I moved seat back far enough for a 6'3 person to sit comfortably). Has some offroad pin striping and a little clear coat peel just below side windows. There is also some oxidation spots on the roof. (that's everything - no suprises) Most people won't tell you everything, they just hope you won't notice till a few weeks later when it's too late. That's EVERYTHING I know.
Mileage is 175K. I am asking SOLD.
I also have an M416 trailer (currently dissasembled). I just had everything (except for the axle, wheels and springs) media blasted and powder coated flat black. I have not gotten around to putting it back together yet but could for someone that wants a package deal. Package deal price SOLD. I do have the pintle hitch and 12v lights ready to install.
Also may be interested in partial trades for something Toyota worth around 3K or less. (Camry or 1st gen 4runner?)
