Hi. It's me Seth. I'm that guy. You know- the guy with a different cruiser project every year and a half? I'm at it again..

Up for sale is my 4bta powered 80 series. Has successfully taken me through Rubicon twice, up and down Baja a few times, Moab, Costco, and many other exotic and adventurous spots. LEGALLY registered in California as a diesel. Best mileage? 24mpg on a mellow road trip. Averages around 18mpg with my mixed city and hwy driving. Biodiesel? You betcha. WVO/SVO? Never, not a chance.

So...here's the skinny;

1994 cruiser w/ 3rd row seats (seats 8 small humans)
~220,000mi on truck, ~40,000 on 4BTA
Factory Locking differentials front and rear
Rebuilt 4bta w/ 3200rpm spring. Motor purchased FROM CUMMINS!
700r4/split t-case (part time 4wd!) both freshly rebuilt by Georg at Valley Hybrids
Safari Snorkel
Hanna Sliders
Dual batteries
Slee 4"heavy lift with caster correction plates and extended brake lines/sway bars
Slee shortbus front bumper
35" cooper sst (5 total)
Alpine stereo with Boston Acoustics speakers. iPod cable.

The "bad"?

Front seats are ripped. I usually roll with SOR covers anyway, so I never remember.
Body has some bumps and bruises. Nothing major, but it is by no means in cherry shape. Couple of dings and scratches, but no rust. Has been a lot of places, and has the scars to prove it. But hey-chicks dig scars, so there's that.

I'm selling since I've moved on to the next project, and I'm trying to thin the herd. Also, the wifey isn't keen on continuing to lift our two older dogs, and our two year old son into a 4"lifted 35" tire shod cruiser. Something has to go, and it is this cruiser.

Asking price is $20k OBO.

So, there ya go. Happy New Year!

Couple of quick questions:
1) were the wheel wells cut for clearance? Looks like it from the pics?
2) does the factory cruise control still work with the conversion?
3) Split case is from a 62?

Thanks!
PS: got any pics of it in the "exotic" locales?? I nice pic of it on the beach in Baja may turn on the cruiser love potion ;)

-wheel wells not cut, just flares removed and wells line-x'd.
-factory cruise is removed, aftermarket CC installed and functional.
-yup! Split case.

Standby for pics...

^ x2... :D

It's always a little bittersweet when you sell something you've put that much time, effort, bloody knuckles, and MONEY into.

New owner is stoked, he's gonna pick it up Saturday and head straight to Tahoe with the family for a ski trip.

That makes it a little easier....?

Haha-that ? At the end there was supposed to be the little weeping happy face icon. Oh well. You get my drift.
