1993 Toyota LandCruiser FZJ80
184K miles, lockers, AWD
$6000
ENGINE / TRANSMISSION:
* 4.5L Straight 6 engine (1FZ-FE) rated at 212 hp / 275 lb-ft torque
* Automatic Transmission
4x4 / AXLES / TIRES:
* Full-time 4x4
* Gear-Driven Transfer Case
* Factory electric lockers in the front and rear axles, both work.
* 33" Tires (Cooper Discoverer STT 285/75/16).
LIFT KIT:
* OME 2.5" lift (FRONT: 850 Springs, 60070L Shocks REAR: 860 Springs, 60071L Shocks). It rides better than stock with the lift, slightly firmer, but less body roll. The long shocks allow full suspension travel.
* Front caster and alignment was corrected after the lift was installed. Breather hoses were also extended along with front sway-bar links.
* Rear lower control arms were re-tubed with 1.75" .250 wall tube.
MAINTENANCE:
* Mechanically in great shape, I have maintained it the last 5.5 years / 39,000 miles I have owned it. * Very reliable, we regularly take 1,000+ mile trips in it, including towing.
* All fluids have been flushed/drained and replaced at the specified intervals.
* Front and rear axles completely rebuilt 30,000 miles ago with all new Toyota seals, bearings, etc.
* Both axles were regeared at the same time with 4.56 gears.
* Speedometer corrected using a Yellow Box unit.
* Longfield chromoly axles/birfields were installed 20,000 miles ago on the driver-side and 4,000 miles ago on the passenger side.
* All brake calipers/brake pads were replaced at the same time along with new cryogenic treated slotted rotors in the front and new stainless brake lines at each wheel.
INTERIOR:
* Front seats were re-upholstered right before we purchased it with new leather.
* The middle row is starting to get some rips,
* The third-row is still in great condition.
* All power windows and door locks work.
* Front power seats need a new plastic gear installed. I have the part but haven't installed it yet. Both motors and controls still function.
EXTERIOR:
* Front and rear bumpers/end-caps were removed for better approach and departure angles off-road, same with the running boards.
* Some dents and dings on the body from off-roading; has not been in a wreck.
* Rust-free Arizona vehicle, except for light surface rust where the paint has chipped off a few places on the body.
INSPECTIONS/EMISSIONS:
* Catalytic converters have been removed along with the PAIR emissions system. It runs better without them, but if you live in a location that inspects that stuff you'll have to check into it first. It might be exempt due to the age of the vehicle depending on location. I'm in the military so I'm not familiar with local Virginia laws. I've had it registered in Arizona the whole time I've owned it.
Winch is not included in price. It will be removed prior to sale.
Contact me with any questions or to come see it and drive it.
