Had bad leak from front driveshaft seal. New seal was installed but i had to remove the diff lock in order to put back front seal housing.
Installed transfercase back, Now it won't engaged 4lo and no centerdiff lock light.
(My FJ don't have difflock button 4lo will engaged automatically and lighted on dash)
So, I cross the front neutral switch on front case than diff lock light is on.
It was work perfectly before i replaced the seal and R&I difflock motor.
I think install diff lock mechanism was wrong. (sorry couldn't take pics)
You tube said install back with diff lock in locking position.
Advise will greatly appreciate it.

Range selection (H-N-L) and center diff lock are two separate mechanisms internal to the transfer case.
What is preventing 4L? Is the shift lever moving freely?
Can you shift into low range by moving the lever on the side of the transfer case with the shifter disconnected?

The shift lever is moving freely. from H-N-L.
The difflock motor should push the folk rod to engage front drive shaft.

You're talking about the center diff lock, but you said the transfer case no longer goes into low range.
Is this what you meant to say or are you only having issues with the CDL?

Sorry for the confusing,,
like I mentioned before usually when i shift lever to 4 lo CDL light is on my dash panel (and ABS light) same time front driveshaft will engaged.
Now shift to 4 lo (yes,, I can shift to 4 lo) No CDL light on at dash and front drive shaft doesn't engaged, Meaning the front axle not working. Am I make sense??

Understood.
Then it's possible that the CDL actuator is in the locked position, but the shift fork is in the unlocked position.
An easy thing to do is connect a 9 volt battery to the CDL actuator motor on pins 2-3. This will run the actuator motor in one direction. If it doesn't run, then reverse the leads and run it until it stops. Then reinstall the actuator.
