The car is legit. Someone ran a carfax on it and it shows a lot more miles then 83k. I dont know if I got burned when I bought it or the carfax is incorrect. Is it possible someone rolled the odo back? The car is super clean. still runs good. Dont know I guess I have to ask less for it now. My title says miles exempt. Its my sons car he he need a commuter. These things eat gas.

The fact that you claimed to have paid only $3500 a few months ago in your only other earlier post is telling. That is probably close to it's true value so you are not really out anything other than you didn't get the deal you believed you were getting.
