91 LC seat belt front passenger

Hey, my front passenger seatbelt needs to be replaced in order to pass a vehicle inspection.

It is a little bit frayed.

I have two seats of belts from the rear seats and 3rd row seats. Will those rear belts bolt in place of the passenger front belt ? Are they all the same design?

I have a 1991 US Land Cruiser.

I think each belt is cut to a different length and position of winding. I checked on buying new for the front right seat recently for my 96 LX and it was out of stock at partsouq.com. I did get one domestically for the drivers seat last spring. Good luck!
