I am looking to sell my 1991 FJ80. I bought this two years ago and it was completely stock with 187,000 miles. I built this as an expedition/overland vehicle. Basically the only thing a serious crawler would need is lockers/gears. It runs great and the A/C blows cold. Windows and sun roof work fine. I am only selling because my kids are growing and need more of a pickup platform.

Or trade up for a newer 2005 or newer quad cab tacoma( obviously we would have to meet at a bank so I could get a loan)

Interior
It's ok. The front leather seats are wearing down as expected.
I have a new dash decal set to install. It is brushed aluminum. The carpet is pretty clean. My welder friend welded the bolt holes on the roof that caught a small part of the headliner. I have the 3rd row seats that were removed for the drawer system. The oil pressure in the dash doesn't work but there is a manual gauge in a pod on the pillar. I have a new OEM gauge that needs to be installed. CB is included. It's a cobra multi-channel with weather reports etc.

Engine
It runs good. Has two oil leaks but that has never bugged me. Went to smog it last year and it had trouble(during pre-test) so I replaced some parts and it passed.
Has refurbished EGR valve
New fuel pump
New 02 sensors
Magnaflow muffler

It needs a new drivers side mirror too.

So here are some updated details since it has been a year since the original post. The current mileage is 196, 077. It still runs just fine and the battery is only a couple of years old. The AC works great and blows cold. The negatives are below. I will be posting a large amount of updated pictures and some video walkthroughs.

Took it on a trail and banged up the passenger side rear door and a small part of the front drivers side door. I found another door but the silver is different so it is an off color silver. The paint is starting to oxidize all over so it's not perfect and there are some trail scratches.

The sun roof works fine, it has a small leak in one corner

In welding up the original roof rack holes my buddy caught the headliner on fire in one small part.

The windows all roll up but they move slow, slower in the cold.

I started trying to remove the old tint on one window so it looks tacky. A pain in the behind to get off.

There is an engine issue when accelerating between 3-4k RPM. When floored it has a flat spot. I have changed the air hose between the TB and AFM. It was at a shop for several weeks and they cannot figure it out. The injectors have not been touched. IT JUST PASSED SMOG 7/15/16.
