91 fj 80 timing

recently bought 91 fj 80 cruiser & i'm living at 8000 ft & drive between 8000 & 10000 ft how much should i advance or retard the timing in the 3fe motor thanx

I would reccomend using a vacuum gauge and adjust it until you are getting the highest vacuum.
