'91 Cruiser won't start

91 cruiser. Wouldn't start after shutting off for 20 or so minutes. Changed the distributor and ignition coil. Kept getting worse til it died and won't start at all. I'm being told its the computer or igniter. Anyone have any experience with this?

it cranks but won't start? i had a similar problem on my 91, it was the EFI Relay. $15 part and i was back on the road

The post should be moved but....
Run the codes, check the fuel pressure regulator, EFI fuses, engine fuse, EFI connections to the batt, take the gas cap off

Evem money says it is a fuse, battery connection or pressure regulator/pump.

It's likely the EFI relay but the root cause of the (well known) problem is the wiring to the relay is too small. Visit the 80 section and we'll help you over there.
