Seemed like a very reasonable price for everything included in the 90K Service package the independent Toyota Lexus shop, TOYEXUS, I went to offered. They suggested against the A/T Flush so I just went with the Drain and Fill. The oil, coolant, A/T Fluid and gear oil used were Toyota brand.
I didn't know they were going to add in the BG A/T Conditioner p/n 310 and they didn't tell me until I saw it on the receipt, not sure how I feel about it, probably OK ? From reading this forum most seem to advise against any A/T additives.
The BG44K can't hurt either but probably wasn't necessary.

I am noticing that you were charged for antifreeze flush kit. yet, you were not charged for antifreeze fluid. It also is noted that you had transfer case oil changed but I don't see the charge for transfer case oil. Toyota's Transfer Case Oil is pricey about $80 per quart, retail.

BG machines and products are in a lot of dealers and/or independent shops. I had a full transmission fluid exchange at 86,000 and now at 88,000 without any problems. So, I think it will be fine with the conditioner.

I'm not a fan of additives unless I'm experiencing issues. The BG flush machine is fine if it's done right, but I wouldn't normally add BG additives to the transmission unless it was starting to slip and I was hoping to prolong the life. It's probably OK, but if you're really concerned you could go back and demand they comp you a full flush to rid your transmission of the additive. Personally I prefer the full flush method on my transmission since draining the pan only removes 1/4 of the old fluid, but I do a lot of towing and run my truck pretty hard.

@32cls6speedmt I see 6 quarts of gear oil, and IIRC the diffs only take 3-4 total so I suspect they used 75W90 in the transfer case. You could argue that they should be using the LF fluid instead, though I and many others on the forum use 75W90 in both the diffs and the transfer case without issue.

Otherwise the above looks reasonable (work performed and prices charged).

I suppose their software may just be one size fits all. I say this because lubes, fluids & gaskets don't look right.
????
No charge for drain and fill gasket/washer 6 of then, for gear boxes. Of which OEM frt diff drain is pricey.
Only 6 qt gear lube, should be over 8 qts. Price indicates not synthetic, which I'd only use in Transfer case at minimum.
Brake fluid only 3 at $3.65 must be pints. I use a gallon or more.
No AHC fluid or notation of flushing.
No indication of lubing propeller shaft or Spider universals.
Price is low for top shelve oil filter.
No power steering flush. (big on my list)
No coolant and whats that kit?

Just a word from past experience at this place, way its run or owner could be different now but took wife 470 in there maybe a decade ago and questioned the estimate I got. The owner after realizing I was not just a suit but new my cars got quite defensive and threw some bs justifications at me. I politely called him out on it and left. Don't plan on ever returning.

I've had a hard time finding good shops in Denver other than dealerships until I found 2001LC. Other than myself, he's the only one I'll trust to work on my LX. He's honest, fair, and complete perfectionist.

Thank you that's very nice of you to say!:)

God I bet you wish you never started this thread! If it was me I’d feel like I needed to have the 90k redone in 5k miles. I would contact 2001LC and have him check it out. When I have the dealer do any service I have them give me the old oil filter I have them give me an oil sample and they have to give me all filters they change so they know I’m serious and I’m under warranty for another three years but I still want the work done correctly I noticed that my 30,000 mile service there was no mention of lubricating the drivetrain and retorquing the drivetrain that will be done at my 35,000 for free. When it comes to my LX 570 I’m not a pleasant guy to deal with

The rear differential and engine / cabin filters should be handled yourself. All very easy to do.

It is very hard to find good shop who does the job right and know LC. That is why I repair and service my own vehicles. That way I know it is done right.

Thanks for all the feedback, exactly what I was looking for. I did call back yesterday and confirmed they changed the coolant and just didn't put it on the invoice, of course that's what they say. As many have mentioned I really prefer to DIY my own maintenance, the main reason I had a shop do this service is because I have the MaxCare Extended Warranty (which is thru The Warranty Group) for 4 years or up to 150K so I wanted to have the 90K maintenance documented.
My previous car previous to getting the the LX was a 2000 Grand Cherokee I bought used in 2001 wiith 18K miles and I was obsessed with the fluids, I only used the Mopar NV247 fluid in the T-Case, it was the QuadraDrive and only Mobil1 75W-140 with the 2 - 3 ounces of Mopar Ltd. Slip additive in the Diffs. I even added the Fumoto valve on it because I changed the Oil every 3K, never went full synthetic, always used Valvoline DuraBlend or Castrol GTX Blended.
Now my plan is to change the T-Case fluid using the correct LF 75W and probably Mobil1 75W-90 in the Diffs within the next 10K miles.
I am concerned about the AT Fluid and sooner than 10K I do want to have 2001LC Paul change it so I know it's done correctly.
I went over to his place soon after I got my LX this summer and saw his current projects, the 2011 LC and the 2007 100 LC Unicorn, we talked a lot about maintenance and fluids and everything else 100 and 200 series, truly an amazing wealth of knowledge.

Yes, Paul is still the owner of TOYEXUS
