Well Im at 93k on my 04 100 and going to do the 90k service + some additional items that I know never have been touched. I got these items from the sticky.

16100-59275-83 - Water pump (complete assembly including gasket)
13568-09070 - Timing belt
90916-02586 - Serpentine belt
90915-YZZD3 - Oil filter
90916-03100 - Thermostat
16346-50010 - Thermostat gasket
17801-50040 - Air filter

You can also do the idler pulleys and cam/crank seals at this time, though not required:

13503-0F010 and 13505-0F010 - Idlers
90311-A0001 - Crank seal
90311-38065 - Cam seal (x2)

90080-91180 - Spark plug (x8) (Denso Iridium)

I also have questions regarding the following items.

1) PCV Valve? Never been touched, its cheap - should I do it?
2) Starter contacts and plunger - no issues yet but starting is not as robust even with a new battery
3) Front, Center, and Rear diff with M1 75w-90? Fluids haven't been touched since new.
4) Transmission fluid change - I understand flushes are harmful but can a Toyota dealer do anything with it? The car sees highway all the time, no towing, no off-roading.
5) Brake fluid flush, power steering flush, coolant flush.....any other fluids?

Anything else I can do as I hope to keep it for another trouble free 100k miles.

Just did the list above, except for the plugs which did 20K ago. 2000 LC w/ 145K miles.
Did the PCV, cheap, just do it.
Replaced the starter, was not giving me problems, but I get quite remote on solo trips. Contacts were pitted, but could of gone further. If you want to go another 100K, then do the starter.
Pull the trans pan and change the screen, if you have a lot of metal in the pan, might want to find out why. Lot of debate on whether flushing is a good idea, I think it is a good idea.

Do not debate about it, change fr & rr diffs and t-case oils.

I have flushed coolant, but not PS. Put on stainless steel brake lines and did close to a flush after all said and done.

While I was in there noticed bottom rubber grommets for the fuel injectors were dried out and cracking, so replaced upper, lower and o-rings for fuel injectors.

I also replaced the timing belt tensioner, good insurance.

THanks for the advice, now with the sealed 5speed, can I drop the pan or do I have to drain it via the trans cooler line with a fluid exchange machine?

May I ask what this ran you? I plan on getting parts from cruiser dan

For the following parts list it was less than $700
16100-59275-83 - Water pump (complete assembly including gasket)
Need two o-rings for water pump replacement
96761-35035 o-ring
96761-24019 o-ring
13568-09070 - Timing belt
90916-03100 - Thermostat
16346-50010 - Thermostat gasket
13503-0F010 and 13505-0F010 - Idlers
13540-50030 timing belt tensioner
90311-A0001 - Crank seal
90311-38065 - Cam seal (x2)
28100-50100-84 Starter
For starter replacement, some folks reuse these but I got new ones.
17171-50020 Intake gaskets (x2)

The sealed transmission will still have a pan you can drop, dropping the pan however only drains about 5 or 6qts, of the about 17qts it holds. I would drop the pan, clean it, new screen, refill with some cheap new atf, then do the fuild exchange machine with atf you want. I believe there is a refill plug on side of sealed transmissions, but don't the process for refilling them.
