90915-YZZB5 oil filter '99

Is this the correct oil filter that I need for a '99 TLC? Gonna try to change my oil on a regular basis. Saw them on E-bay. Made by NIppon? is that right?

Search for Cdan's post about the new oil filter that recently came out. I think it was about 3-4 mos ago. I know it replaced the superior 20004 filter. FYI, the YZZB5 filter is the economy jobbie.
