Bought this van as my wife's dd two years and 60k ago. It had 80,000 km on when I bought it from Barry at Mustang Connection in Armstrong.

A year after driving it it went into the service facility Outback was using at the time in Kitsilano for a full inspection, fluids belts bushings flushes etc. Has run like a champ and never let us down.

I'm picking it up from Ateb today after installing a new manifold and another service (belts and fluids basically)

My wife now drives a Volvo wagon as I felt it was a lot safer for the kids in case the worst ever happens.. (not that she's a terrible driver but I never get in the car with the rear view not pointed at my face? - your wives do that??)

Anyway - this van has roughly 140km (will update exact k's after I pick it up later) and has always been serviced by tech's knowledgable with JDM's. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere in NA though I'm not certain what issues there may be for US importation.

So far as I know it has not ever been in an accident and flies through Air Care inspections.

These things have lots of typical and not so typical JDM features.

I'll post lots of photos tomorrow and can answer any questions - it's got to go to make room for the 80.

$8,000 CAD. Chilliwack BC

I wasn't able to pick the van up yesterday, Ateb called and said they weren't getting heat - worst case scenario likely cracked head in which case this van will be sold for parts. If we're looking at somethng not so catostrophic it will be repaired and disclosed.

The van is in great shape and we've invested a couple thousand in maintenance since owning, not including new rubber and such. If I can sell this van in thoroughly decent mechanical condition then $8000 is fair. If it turns out to have some issues then it won't be for sale... I'll post Ateb's findings.

Seats - It has a bench seat (70/30) that can be rotated to face the back or sideways.. Rear bench seats fold flat and flip up out of the way, similar to the 80 series jump seats. Both rear benches recline separately and can be folded flat for one big sleeping area.

When we camped up on Van.Island our new born slept in her 'playpen/crib' in the back and our 7y/o slept on the bench seat folded down flat in front of that.. its an awesome set up.

The front and mid sections of roof glass pop up, and the mid secitons can be easily removed completely. I often drove with just the mid-sections popped up as it really provided some stability in windy conditions - acted as stabilizers believe it or not.

Update and pics to come.
