Going to hold off on parting out the FJ62 for now. Will update the thread when I know what I’m doing with it
1988 Land Cruiser FJ62 with 100k original miles that came from the original owner. I tried selling it whole before getting ready to part it out but haven’t had any real offers. Because of the low mileage and nice interior I was hoping someone would be interested in fixing the truck up before I part it out. The truck was owned by a older woman it’s whole life and she was very gentle on the interior. The truck runs and drives but has a exhaust leak. The transmission shifts really good and has no slop when shifting in between gears. I dropped the gas tank recently and cleaned it out and installed a new filter screen on the fuel pump & a new fuel filter as well. The truck has rust on both rear quarter panels, bottom of a couple of doors, and some other small spots. I have a extra rear quarter panel for passenger side, a extra hood, extra passenger fender, and other extra parts that go with the truck. The front bumper isn’t included with the truck I swapped it onto my other 89 I’m selling. Going to sell the engine all together, transmission & transfer case together, door cards all together, the seats together and carpets all together. Don’t want to break them up selling separately. The interior and dash are all original and still has the factory radio. If you have any questions or want to talk just send me a private message
