I will start by saying, i do not want to sell this rig (as is the case with all of my 60's i have sold) The reason I bought it is: I was approached by the owner. He saw I was selling my brown 84, and had an idea i would want to replace it. He was correct, and his fit exactly what i wanted/want. I could not walk away from it so i bought it. At the same time I had a 91 fj80 lined up for my wife. She turned her rig down to save money. Today she decided I need to sell the 62 and go get her 80, so I will oblige. We absolutely LOVE our Cruisers, we just need a 62 and an 80, just wont work out at this time, so she gets hers, and i'll get mine later.

Bought this rig from azaussie here on mud. The only reason its for sale is for the sake of my wife

the bad:
250k miles
mildly sloppy steering....due to the lift no doubt, mostly a vague feeling
drivers window binds sometimes...just have to help it sometimes
sliver blue paint is shot
Was in an accident with PO....just a front fender, and bumper replaced

the good:
4wheel drive is solid and works great
engine runs great and strong
new Third row seat...8 passengers total
2.5 ome Dakar heavy lift...sits more like 4' though
3.5 inch anti inversion shackles
good tires
new brakes
feels good on the highway
100% RUST FREE!!!!
A/C blows very cold....it will freeze you

Willing to trade for an 80....or will sell for(new price $3500) $3950 OBO (sorry Tim, did not intend to resale but wife's happen, haha) you can call mike at 520-248-7175 or pm me for my email adress. Thanks for looking and all feedback is much appreciated

I will hesitate shipping this truck as the last two people i sold LC's tried to talk me down once they got the rig, maybe they felt they had a foot hold.....a total lack of integrity. I would prefer you came here and drove it home, i would drive it anywhere. For the right buyer though I may ship

Looks like a nice vehicle at a resonalbe price. Is it a manual transmission or automatic I'm shopping for a 60/62 for a friend who likes to shift shift her own gears.

FYI, While checking craigslist in Portland Oregon area I noticed ther were some resonable priced FJ80's up there that may have never have been offpavement.

Hey thanks a lot. Its an auto. I will never go back to the 4spd the 60's have since owning this. If your looking for a manual make sure it's a h55 5spd, or an auto

My feedback: very nice rig, and reasonable price, but I already own 2... until my lil sis pays me for hers anyway.

I'd love to see more snaps of the 3rd row seat, or a link to that rig's build.

Bumpity for a family wheeler!

Thanks moses,

SALE PENDING, possibly.....i'll update friday

Looks like you'll be needing to update your sig line, seeing as how you list 2 60's as sold, with a FS link at the bottom. ;p

Congrats, still curious about the 3rd row seat mounting n such...
