This IS NOT my land cruiser. It appears to be near Branson, MO.

Looks clean and all, but why would the engine need to be rebuilt with only 99K? Also the odometer numbers look wonky, not to mention the trip counter is a jumbled mess...

I would approach this with a healthy dose of skepticism.
There are some quick fixes visible in the pics. This looks like a flip to me. And that Odo cluster is seriously fooked.

I feel like I saw this same truck listed on CL a while ago and with an asking price in the $10k to $12k range. Cannot be sure but a carfax report might show a recent change in ownership
