I AM CONSIDERING SELLING THE FAMILY FJ60,IT WAS MY Dad's FJ60 for almost 20yrs , WOW he spent $$$$ pr yr at the Toyota Dealer in S.Cal for all TLC Maintainance & Repairs over the years!
I was going to put a toy diesel in it with the oz 5speed, or the 4BT by cummins.....
But now I have 2kids and College to Finish (1 more yr -woo-hoo) and the Wifie is not enjoying it hoggen up the drive way for the next year + waitin for the diesel upgrade..............in atleast a 1yr + Just for time and $$ to do it.
I'm new to this-so here goes:my first try at wording a truithfull,but catchy add.
TWO PRICES ON THIS FJ60:
1. $2500. And take it the way it sits in the pictures..... my D.D. back and forth to College.every day just 6 mo ago.. but the fuel pump went out and I rebuilt the carb...then it sat,n,sat,then the battery died,then it got over charged =($10.00 garage sale battery-charger= took out a $$$ battery) Then more Time went by, Work started stacking up +Then 18 Units in College,+ the Kids, and their Sports and such,...= no time to give her the proper attension and deserved love this FJ60 Wants,and way easy too.probley needs a new battery too. She starts up if ya drool some gas in the carb. lol
OR plan B
2. $4500. And I'll pay some friends to do the few things ,so the FJ60 will be ,,,,back to driving daily mode like 6 months ago, just dont have TIME myself with Church and Kids and Work, Karate. Rubicon&Camping comming up soon, too !!!!!

PS. IN THE PICS THE HOOD IS NOT CLOSED FYI .Oh + I have the stock wheels 5 Of them.and tires too, and it has a very nice polk audio system too,+amp+seperates+remouvable speaker box too.
all that and new and or rebuilt u probley know (all the typicle TLC stuff that goes out over 20+ years like the rear main seal,smog pump,rear axle,ect ect, oh new clutch too, on and on my dad went cuz he loves TLC as much as I do. maybe more gees he even spent $1800.in brakes alone.just b4 HE SOLD IT TO ME.
