Looks like a decent buy to me. You’ll want to budget for getting those rear fenders fixed rather quickly.

No pictures of the roof gutter areas, which are other common areas that are prone to rust on the 60s. With that much rust in the rear quarters, do yourself a favor and inspect this one in person. There is quite a few Cruiserheads in Raleigh so you should try to get someone knowledgeable to take a look with you.
