Cruiser is built to offroad. It rides very well offroad. It has very good flex and yet drives 75 down the freeway nicely. The body is in good condition with only a few minor dents (driver door) and little to no rust (surface rust on frame and passenger rear roof line). There is no AC currently but the cruiser had it originally.

I looked at the photo link and I didn't see a catalytic converter. You might need that to pass emissions.

I have never had to emission test the cruiser....it does have a high flow cat just upstream of the muffler.

In Ct. 1986 is a classic and emissions is disregarded. Check your state laws. This is a very nice classic cruiser
