i bought this a little while ago but my wife is about to get laid off ( washington mutual........ ) so i need to shed some weight.
very good running rig, rebuilt engine with 70k miles on it. this is by far the best running fj60/2F i have driven. no BS!
the rig itself has 200k miles on it. not sure of the history of the trans and t-case but they shift well, no noise or grinding. no major leaks, runs and drives well.
the body has some dings and dents, the worst one is the rear where it looks like the truck was backed into a tree or something. the roof as a dent, the rear upper tailgate has a dent and the window is busted out and the lower tailgate has a dent. the tailgates open and close well so there's no major damage.
interrior has seen better days but it's not horribe.
truck has an OME 2.5" lift that was installed less than a year ago, some aluminum rims and 33" BFG mud terrains. still some good treat left, no rock rash, mostly street milage. so the rims are in good shape as well.
it's also got a hitch, roof rack and tow hitch. this would make a great wheeler. cosmetically not pretty but runs extremely well.

Bump for a fair price (on the wrong or I would be all over it)

Georg, would the upper tailgate need straightening before the glass is replaced?

Do you know what works or doesn't work? A/C, accessories, etc.

Thanks.

i'll post some interrior pics early next week.

the power steering high pressure hose has a leak; i have a replacement to go with the truck.

the tail light lenses are'nt in the best shape, but you'll get by with them.

the brake master is new, the booster has a leak. i have a replacement booster to go with the truck.

i think the AC works, but don't hold me to it. will have to check.

both front door window regulators are not working well. i have replacements to go with the truck.

not sure about the upper tailgate, will need to check.

all the extra parts listed above as well as some extra smog parts are included in the asking price.

was this vehicle originally white?

Can you verify some of the things you list above...

i can't belive you did not come for dinner when you picked that thing up.

when you start to part it out there are some things i need from that truck.
nick

i wish i could have. you know i don't miss a chance to have dinner at your place..........
besides, tara was'nt with me. if i part it out, which i doubt, then you'll have first dibs for sure. :)

Good price for a 60 that even runs !!!
Engine rebuild w/ 70K now ???
That was some coin right there.

BTW I like the 2 tone !!!

Wish it would not cost $1500+/- to get it to the right coast.

This is a cruiser that even I can afford w/o the CEO/CFO :princess: having a meltdown.

The shipping just sux.

I am in the middle of buying my cousin's 1991 Dodge W350 W/5.9 cummins. F&R Loc-rites. Winch. Well cared for. Killer price. Can't pass it up. I have been doggin' him for 15 years for it.

Good luck on your sale here.

Bump for a deal. !!!

Do you know what works or doesn't work? A/C, accessories, etc.

Thanks.

from what i can see, you should be able to straighten the tailgate. at least enough to get some glass back in there.

the ac does not work. well, it does'nt blow cold air so it'll need to be charged. but without a back window, who needs ac anyways?! LOL

all the gauges abd everyuthing else seem to work well.

Can you send me some interior pictures, and any other pic you have/

Thanks,

hey scott.
here are some interrior pics. the headliner is in decent shape, just a little dirty. with a little scrubbing this rig could look a lot better.

It' no exaggeration on how well it drives. It is the strongest pulling 2f I've driven and definitely the fastest 60 I've driven (except for mine of course, oh, and some of the vortecs). Bump for a very solid motor, OME suspension and a very workable wheeler.

damn goerge that is very tempting....let me check on somthing here on my end...i'll get back to you, very interested...

i might be coming...
