Well I have decided to put up my FJ60 for Sale.
Time to pass it on and just go a different route. As much as I enjoy driving these rigs. I need to move on too different things.
So here it goes.
84 FJ60, original brown w/pinstripe.
Paint is faded. Some areas of paint the clear is peeling.
It has a few dents on the passenger side. And rear tailgate.
NO RUST!
Interior is in great shape.
No tear on the drivers side. All seat belts are intact.
228,128k miles on the engine.
I drive it everyday.
Would drive it cross the U.S. In a heartbeat.
Truck is registered and passed smog!
Clean title.
Asking $14,500 obo.
Ill try to break down everything I have done to this as Best I can.
I have reciepts for everything I have done to it 95% of the parts have been Toyota original parts. I will describe parts and who I bought them from.
I colored sanded the whole truck and brought out the shine. Has a nice patina to it.
Replaced front tie rod and tie rod ends and tubes.(Toyota)
New Terrian Tamer front knuckle kit.
New Terrian Tamer rotors,
Terrian Tamer front pads.
New rebuilt (Napa) calipers.
New (Toyota) master cylinder
New Toyota bump stop.
New stainless steel front brake hoses.
New (Toyota) rear drums
New (Toyota) rear brake cylinders.
New (Toyota) rear brake shoes.
Stainless steel rear brakes lines.
Valve cover gasket
Side cover gasket
Oil pan gasket
New oil pan
All new radiator hoses
New belts
Replaced new battery terminals and ground straps from vendor here on MUD.
New Drivers side motor mount.
New passenger side motor mount
New battery
Stainless steel tray
Replaced alternator (napa)
New coil,cap, and rotors, spark plugs wires (Toyota)
New fuel filter and air filter
New fuel pump new fuel lines
Rebuilt carburetor ( from former cruiser member)
New Toyota Fan clutch
New water pump
New thermostat
New catalytic convertor
Replaced all vacuum lines
PCV valve and grommet.
New clutch plate (Toyota)
Clutch disc
New (Toyota) clutch slave cylinder
New (Toyota) clutch master cylinder
Throw out bearing
Pilot bearing
New clutch arm
New clutch arm boot.
Resurfaced fly wheel
New rear main seal
New trans mount
New universal joints (Valley Hybrid)
Replaced the dash was pristine but I accidnetly dropped it and cracked the passenger corner.
Replaced all the interior, with original seats and upholstery. Great condition.
New (Toyota) rear lens’s
New LED lights in the dash.
New shifter knob
New antena
New pedal pads
New rear view mirror.
New rear cargo light assy.
Tool kit is complete
Jack and accessories are there.
New horn contact
New hella horns.
Dropped the tank and had it cleaned
New (Toyota) sending unit
New ( Toyota) fuel pick up
Replaced all the fuel lines that connect to fuel tank.
New BFG’s all Terrian 33x10.5 tires
New valve stems.
New fender inner flaps (Toyota)
So as you read I have replaced the majority of components on this truck.
So it is pretty much baseline.
