i bought this rig to part it out but it actually runs pretty well, just needs some TLC. 250k miles on it.

the good:
starts, runs and drives well. brakes, clutch, electrical, ......work great. stops straight....
good oil pressure
charging system works well
all the lights work
body pretty straight
seats in good shape
trans shifts smooth and runs quiet
t-case shifts well and works well

the bad:
reg is 3 years out
t-case has a leak
some mild rust on a 2 ft section of the roof
a few dents/dings here and there
rear carpet missing
rear cargo area side covers missing
one tail light lense is cracked
radiator or coolant hose leaking
driver side window regulator not working

i have the title for it and drove it onto the trailer to take it home. i'd rather sell it as a complete vehicle so i don't have to spend the time parting it out. with a little bit of effort, this could definetly be a reliable DD.

located in stockton CA price is firm. i can post pics later this week.

definetly. i'll do a compression test, but i know it runs good and does'nt smoke.

Still Available?

Is your Black '60 still available?

Thinak it'd be ok to drive back to SW COLO?

sure, on a trailer.

breaklight warranty.

all kidding aside, it does run well but i know the t-case has a leak which outta be checked out before it's driven anywhere......

Georg if you end up parting this out I could give you a list of things I'm interested in. Thanks.

hey dave, send me a pm with a list and we'll see..........

alright, it's getting parted out. all the running gear and powertrain parts are spoken for, so the only things available are interrior components and all the sheet metal.

What color is the interior? If it's brown, I'd like the front door panels.

yup, it's brown. i'll put your name on the panels.;)

hey georg, how about the transfer case shift solenoid(s) and rain gutter trim (or whatever pieces are still there).

hey mike.
it's a 60 so no solenoids. but the chrome trim is there. if you wanna swing by and pull it off, it's all yours. freebie.

Georg

I will be @ the swap meet Sat to pick up some parts from Greenfox..will this 60 be avaliable for a 'look see' ?

I would like dibs on the front & rear seat upholsetry, if in good shape. Brown stripe, right ? Actually, all I want is the covers which I 'think' I can remove from yours & reinstall on mine. Don't know for sure, but if so, would that work for you ?

Also need at least 1 plastic snap in hole cover for the hole down & to the right of the ash tray on the dash, and the push/pull lock thingy on the rear upper hatch.

Thanks John

hey john.
yes, the upholstery is bron with stripes. the front seats are spoken for but the rear seat is available. bring me a case of fosters and it's yours. you can come by after the swap meet and take a peek at the rest of the rig.
i'm gonna try to sell the upper and lower tail gates complete.
thanks a lot.

Good, if in good shape please consider the rear upholstery sold. Case of Foster's will be with me but I will also throw in some good stuff....Samuel Adams.

I may not be able to stick around till the end, any chance the upholstery will be at the meet ? That would be very helpfull.

John

i will try my best to bring the rear seat. should'nt be a problem.:)
