it includes everything you need, I decided to do away with the kit. not everyone had the ability to weld the hinge, tools to chamfer the edges or a micro adjustable caged counter sink bit.

What is material Thickness? Can I kneel on it and not indent door? I'm close to 200#

You can kneel on it, material is 3/16", it will take more than 250.

I've got a spare tailgate waiting for a conversion like this. Can you post some pics with it open - what sort of work do I need to do to fit it in terms of cutting original sheet metal ??

I am in socal. Would you be able to help a brother out w/ the install? Also, can you please post a pic of this open? A guy some time ago was making a kit like this that included a box that drops in after cutting around the edges. It was pretty sano. If this is the same type, I am in!!!
