Its been awhile since we posted some R&D. We are working on a front skid plate design, protecting the steering stabilizer and AC condenser/ radiator.

Two designs, stock bumper and with ARB bumper.

SAME SKID PLATE, WITH ARB BUMPER. PLANNING ON MAKING AN ARB SPECIFIC DESIGN.

Both ideas are great! Thanks for putting in the r&d!

I like it. Could you do one without the logo but with some basic dimpled holes in the horizontal section?

Looks really good.

Are you planning on including hardware so the factory hooks can be used or are the bolts arb supplies long enough?

Any ideas of cost at this point in time?

Sorry. Didn't realize your username haha.

I take it these will work with your URBs?

Like the idea of some dimple die holes to get some airflow to the cooler. The cooler is there because it's needed but doesn't work without airflow.

Nice ! agree on thr need for some holes for airflow, also wondering if this will work for those of us with a Slee ...... thinking it will based on the bolt points....

Very interested....

The thought for the bent portion is first and foremost protection for the steering stabilizer. Not sure if its clear or not but the bent portion is past the cooler, holes would serve no purpose there.

Who knows, maybe at highway speeds it will push air under the axle and not thru it.

The plate protects the radiator, ac condenser and transmission cooler. All things we would like to see protected from brush/ sticks/ limbs/ etc. While the bent portion protects the steering stabilizer, its a bonus.

The logo or subsequent vent holes provide ventilation to all the above, including the steering cooler.

I question the need for protection on parts that are rarely damaged and the reduced air flow to an already under designed cooler for use in the SW. Not saying its a bad product just my thoughts.

I have had to replace a radiator because a piece of metal on the frwy bounced up and it the lower tank. I definitely see the advantage.
