maybe someone will take a regular shaft and find a machine shop that can extend the splines ... there is enough meat to work with.

So putting my lsd up the front would be a better option? Damn only just fitted it on the weekend as the lokka wasn't available but is now Hmmm decisions to be made

Also I have broken several sets of axle studs due to 35s and the ls1 di you think having this lokka in rear end will put more strain on them thanks guys

the only real cure to broken parts ... lighten up on the skinny pedal.

drill some extra dowels in to help distribute the load and keep a close eye one the studs to make sure the nuts stay tight, its a bit of messing around but you can upgrade to 10mm studs but you shouldn't really need to coz its should be the dowels taking the load not the studs.

I had one hub start loosening recently and found one dowel hole had slightly distorted leaving the dowel loose and had to swap over to a better axle

You have a problem with the installation then or studs loosening etc, the factory stud setup is stronger than the axle which breaks first when correctly setup.

sometimes you will find the studs work loose, if that is the case then find larger treated studs, drill and install
NEVER use silicone to seal the axle, always use the paper gasket. silicone is like a lubricant allowing the axle to move ever so little.
