It seems like they get so pissed off after the swap they can't bare to look at the truck anymore.

It's funny, someone in one of those threads once mentioned or somewhere.... Every rig with a transplanted engine gets sold shortly after the job is done... Does anyone know someone who did the swap themselves and kept the rig?

This may apply to 80's but there are tons of 40's out there folks have kept for years.

this is all trues... I had no idear what it was. the natives didn't talk... they clicked... "toc toc toc tic clic click" almost like it was a two-button mouse in a quiet office.... that's how the natives sounded... no one knew what iinternets was... but we, explorers, knew we could find nekkid womin on it... that's really all it took... it esploded from there.

J Bo, whatever happened with the truck <shhhhh> you linked me?

The dumbass never sent me any pictures... he says he is not good with the internet but he sure can post his s*** for sale everywhere.

I get to go wheelin tomorrow as a rider but it sure beats driving around the city.

If you've not seen it yet - for any of you who are not merely 80's "dreaming" - there's a week-old link in the 80's section where you can download a Factory Service Manual in .pdf format. It's here:

https://forum.ih8mud.com/80-series-...-land-cruiser-factory-service-manual-pdf.html

The link on the (current) last page is the only one I found that would work.

Sure is nice to have it in that format so you can print out individual pages and still keep your factory manual all nice 'n purdy.........

Looks like I have a 94 parts truck.

Nephew rolled his today......

..... or a template for a trail 80! bobbed, doved, caged... DANG!
