I installed new Axel's , new Toyota axel seals & full rebuild seal kit with bearings in my 105 series, checked the bearing preloads also and both sides are leaking diff oil again. Any ideas on where I have gone wrong ?

Damaged the seal on install or when you put the axel though it, seal might not be square. Did you use seal installer or socket? Also spring could have popped out, before install I wipe some moly grease on the spring inside to help hold it in. Also as stated above make sure breather is not clogged

Thanks Ajax1 for reply. Yes I blew out diff breather . I used a seal installer and tapped it in flush and ran my finger around it and the metal part was flush and square. I put some Molly grease on the seal before putting the axel in and supported the weight of the axel and slowly turned it when I was putting the axel in. I'm confident the spring would still be in the seal as I was aware of it popping out.
