80 locker on 60/62 front

It's been discussed before that an 80 series rear e-locker will work on a 60/62 FF rear, and on the factory front axle. I know that some slight modification is needed on the FF axle housing for the 80's 3rd member to be installed, so I'm assuming this also has to be done with the front axle housing as well.

Both inners, or just the short one? Can these just be pulled from an 80's front axle, or am I going to be doing some digging to find one?

'Course I guess I could just go ahead and get the long spline Longfields....
