I bought this Jeep about 2 months ago and slowly but surely have been fixing it up. I LOVE this thing. Right now I have a problem I can't seem to figure out. When I cold start it I have to give it gas to stay on until it gets warm. But once I put it in REVERSE or DRIVE it putters then dies. I even adjusted the idle so its running at a higher RPM but still acts like it will die, won't when I have it adjusted that high. Then I have the problem its eating up gas and cruise around 20-25MPH without using the gas pedal. What I have done is completely new carburetor, air filter, almost all vacuum hoses, starter, starter solenoid, ignition switch, spark plugs/wires, distributer, air check valves, fuel filters. And what was done by the previous owner was a new radiator and fuel pump. The wires seem to be good and fuses all look in order as well. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!

Oh and it acts like it will stall at ever stop even adjusted and will die when adjusted to specifications.
