I have an 83 2F and I'm looking for a big cap distributor to install.

do you have 1 now? is yours broke?

not all but most used ones have a bad advancer unit

I've got a few big cap distributors in my inventory that can be refurbished. What I don't have are the dual diaphragm advancers with the high altitude compensation (HAC) port. I do have several new NipponDenso single diaphragm advancers that have already been adjusted to closely match the vacuum advance curve of the big cap distributor's main diaphragm.

What altitude are you at? Do you need a functioning HAC?

I have one. But if you have a 83 doesn't it already have it?
