Okay, kids, I’ve got the top off and am ready for summer:

Almost.

Unfortunately, it’s gonna hit 101F today (and tomorrow, and the next day, and on and on), so it’s time to build/install that ’78 cooling fan assembly I’ve been meaning to put into my ’77 FJ40 (Federal, which were not originally equipped with the fan). Here’s a pic of a 12/78 harness with identifying numbers (thanks @woytovich!) :

The Cooling fan sub harness consists of: #19 Relay timer control; #21 Inline 5Amp fuse; #60 Thermo sensor; #62 Cooling fan

So far I’ve acquired a cooling fan, thermo sensor and relay timer control box:

Since this is a factory designed Plug and Play module, I need the wiring sub harness with original plugs to assemble the unit.

Simple, right?

So, if you have a ’78 wiring harness and don’t need the cooling fan sub harness, please PM me with a couple pics.

Thanks for looking!
