I know this sounds stupid, but what are the differences (if any) between 77 and 78 FJ40?

Everyone says the 78 is the most sought after year.

I've owned both and don't know of any obvious difference. Both were tampered with by PO, so it is possible I am missing something.

Any tech page I've found by year shows nothing.

From 12/77 on you had the mid-cap distributor with advance & retard, fine splines, fuel return lines (is this right?), last year of the 4.11s; those are the biggest reason for me
