It's actually a good way of sending videos. What's app used wifi or data and has an easier time sending better quality videos compared to text
It is also a very common method of scamming and commonly used to philish contact details as it makes you open an account to communicate with him as it is not cross platform like email etc.
I’m still curious why the OP is so reluctant to post video and other details such as starting and running of the engines he has for sale, here as well as his other ads. That to me is what makes him appear super dodgy.
