76 FJ40 Drive Tran / Engine Fluid Replacements

I have a 1976 FJ40 all stock. What lubricants would you recommend for the differentials, transfer case and engine. I have heard that I can expect leaks if I go to a synthetic engine oil on an older vehicle. Specific weights are what I am looking for. I have had the vehicle for about 2 months now. Much appreciated.
