Spotted this for sale in Omaha. I know the price is high but someone needs to get this thing out of the rust belt and preserve it.
Its for sale at http://classicautosales.com/Inventory/ but as of today its not posted on their Web site. Just got it in on 9/26/2007
I thought $14 or $15k seemed like a fair price. But Admittedly I don't know much about the 40 series rigs. It has a rear bench seat instead of jump seats, no seat belts in the back. Their is a hairline crack about 1/2 inch long in the passenger side lower front corner of the hood. The underside is undercoated so its difficult to see if its rusty anywhere but it looks pretty solid for a 34 year old rig. It is super clean inside and out and under the hood. A chevy V8 has replaced the stock Toyota engine. Any other info you'll have to contact the dealer. It was traded in by a collector.
